High Speed Automatic Pick and Place System for Die Sorting.
Picks die from wafer on a tape frame and places them into tape reel.
This machine automatically loads wafers from a cassette, reads a bar code and imports a wafer map. The die are inspected and picked according to the wafer map and placed on the inverter or directly into the tape reel. The pick and place process is flexible for a variety of applications. Taylor Tech can help you determine what tooling is required for your process and what settings are required. Buying used equipment without proper training or knowledge of the process can be risky. Taylor Tech has the process knowledge and equipment experience required to optimize your production process. We can help your maintenance technician set up the vision inspection models, the motorized needle ejector, the pick and place vac and puff settings and the overall setup of the machine.
